These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luky55 ("luky55", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms were last updated on 1 June 2026. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on luky55, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including those accessing luky55 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and all other locations.
The luky55 platform offers online sports betting – including cricket betting, PSL markets and international sports such as UFC and football – alongside a casino lobby featuring slots, live dealer tables, jackpot games and casual entertainment titles. All products are subject to these Terms. Where a specific product or promotion has additional rules, those additional rules are supplementary to these Terms and must also be read in full before participation.
luky55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by notification within the account dashboard. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use luky55. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to be held by minors will be suspended and any funds forfeited.
Each player may hold only one luky55 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for a single individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

1.1 The luky55 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
1.2 luky55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, a valid passport, or such other identification documents as luky55 may specify from time to time.
1.3 Where luky55 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be voided, and any remaining balance will be subject to review and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.
1.4 You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using the luky55 Platform – including placing bets and playing casino games – is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your province, territory, or jurisdiction within Pakistan. luky55 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and all other locations within Pakistan are subject to this provision equally.
2.1 To access the betting and casino products on luky55, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information required during the registration process.
2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) luky55 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. luky55 may suspend, merge or close duplicate accounts and may void any transactions or winnings associated with such accounts.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted on the luky55 Platform using your account credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
2.4 You must notify luky55 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting support via the in-account live chat facility.
2.5 luky55 reserves the right to require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions being placed on deposits, withdrawals or gameplay until verification is completed.
3.1 All deposits and withdrawals on luky55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for other payment methods are displayed within the Wallet section of the account dashboard.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and USDT TRC20. luky55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
3.3 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. luky55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
3.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. luky55 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to payment provider processing times. luky55 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
3.5 In certain circumstances, including suspected fraud, anti-money laundering compliance obligations, or unresolved bonus wagering requirements, luky55 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified via the account dashboard if such a hold is applied.
4.1 All sports bets placed on luky55 – including cricket, PSL, UFC and other markets – are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail.
4.2 Bets placed and confirmed are binding. luky55 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed at an erroneous price resulting from a manifest error in the odds display, or where the integrity of the market is in question.
4.3 All casino games on luky55 use certified Random Number Generator technology. Published RTP figures are based on long-run theoretical returns. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP. The house retains a mathematical edge on all casino products.
4.4 In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and voiding at luky55's discretion, particularly in the event of technical interruptions, match delays or abandonment. Rules for specific situations (e.g., rain-affected cricket matches) are set out in the sport-specific rules.
5.1 luky55 may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional credits from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read before claiming.
5.2 Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.3 luky55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where luky55 determines in its sole discretion that a change is necessary.
5.4 Players who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, or who engage in coordinated bonus abuse with other players, will have all bonuses forfeited and accounts suspended.

7.1 luky55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from the account dashboard: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-exclusion initiated by a player will prevent login for the duration selected. Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed or shortened at the player's request once activated. Players wishing to self-exclude should do so via the account settings or by contacting 24/7 live chat support.

8.1 luky55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where: there is suspected breach of these Terms; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; there is suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; or the player has requested self-exclusion or account closure.
8.2 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of suspension may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, balances may be forfeited entirely.
8.3 A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting luky55 support via in-account live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC verification.
9.1 The luky55 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luky55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of odds and game results, beyond what is required under applicable law.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luky55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or losses arising from gambling activity.
9.3 luky55's aggregate liability to any individual player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by luky55 is governed by the luky55 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
10.2 You consent to luky55 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and the provision of Platform services.
11.1 These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the luky55 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting luky55 support via the in-account live chat facility.
11.2 luky55 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out in the luky55 account documentation.
